Well we woke up after a much needed long sleep...well the longest we have slept in the past 5 days, we were blessed with the opportunity to have breakfast with Robert Fedducia and had a good afternoon of chilling and then headed to St. Ceclia's to set up in there new activity center!!! The night was awesome as usual...we have been so blessed that every part of this tour we have just been graced with amazing people and just annointed worship! PRAISE JESUS!!! one of the many cool experiences that we encountered in Portland, well the one that sticks in my head, is that while we played "The King He comes" and a kid started doing the Worm!!! It was amazing and whoever you are thank you for that!!! Thanks again to all the people who came and helped setup and tear down! you guys are rock stars!!!! We are headed to Boise on another overnight drive so we better head out! We will see you in BOISE!!!!!!
Peace,
The band
***On another note Guiz broke his macbook and then borrowed James's macbook....and broke it as well...therefore Guiz is banned from borrowing any Apple products that the band has..including ipods for the rest of the tour! He might have some type of Anti-Apple enzyme...Just saying:)
6/4/10
We woke up at 4:30 am and hit the road to Portland! About a ten hour drive but it went by quick. The drive from Northern California to Oregon was probably the most beautiful scenery we have ever seen .....it was green with water everywhere....the complete opposite of phoenix! Either way we were blessed to stay with Jetty's brother in law and it was nice to have a night of relaxing which included steaks and potatoes with a fire pit and Radiohead/Dave Matthews band playing in the background. Well it's late and were off to bed and hopefully we can catch up on some sleep! Till tomorrow!!!!!
Peace

The drive from Irvine to Modesto was a lot longer than I anticipated so Guiz and Ike did great switching off on driving. It is pretty impossible to sleep in a crowded van with 5 smelly guys and drive on roads that lack the smoothness (I don't know if that is a word) to get a good nights sleep, but with the grace of God we made it to Modesto at 6 a.m. We got a good 3 hour sleep and headed to St Joseph's Church to start setting up for the XLT that night! I tell you what, every stop so far has been amazing with the hospitality/sound/and the crowds of people. Tonight we had a good 200 people just ready to worship...as soon as the music started they were ready!! It was awesome!! Thanks to all those who came out it was a blessing to worship with you guys! We will see you in September at your fall festival!!! Now we get back and Jetty's inlaws made us all steaks....which we devoured....cause that's how we roll!!! Falling asleep while typing this so I'm out....we have about 4 hours of sleep before we drive to Portland so I need to take advantage of that! See you tomorrow oh land of Ports!
Laterz!

Well sleeping in didn't happen:(but we got to stay up late and hang out with some of our friends that live in San Diego, and we ate some amazing breakfast burritos the following morning that will take 3 weeks at the gym to work off....if we went to the gym! After the amazing breakfast we hit the road and drove to Irvine California where we played at St Thomas More! The church was beautiful and the hospitality was awesome! There were many people there that we got to meet and hangout with and thanks to all those that helped us clean and load up the trailor..MAN!!!! that was clutch!!! Another experience that happened was the first ever Ike Ndolo Band encore...but we played all of our songs already so we just did a cover...lame I know but we are writing more stuff and working out the kinks! Well now that we are all loaded up we are driving through the night to Modesto...about 7 hours away staying at Jetty's in laws house!!! St Christopher...LET'S DO THIS!!!!
Peace!

After about a thousand stops during the trip for red bulls and bathroom breaks we finally made it to San Diego around 5:30 a.m. thanks to the Nascar evasive maneuvers by Ross!!!! We stayed at a beautiful beach house compliments of our dear friends the Oertles which was just amazing...in fact we were all contemplating us moving there! :) Anyway the night was awesome and we were blessed to have singer/songwriter Grace Ellen open for us. After the show we got to meet alot of amazing people including someone who knew one of our good friends from steubenville!!! Thanks to everyone who came out and supported us!!! It was so much fun! Now time for bed because this is the only night we get to sleep in!
5/31/10

Great news!!! we are excited to announce that we have a new member of the band!!! his name is James Salas and he is our keyboard player! Actually James is Ike's brothers wife's little sisters husband!!! Yup and the crazier part is that we just found out he is a distant cousin of Guiz (the drummer) so technically we are now a family band....kinda...like the van trapps....Anyway we would like to welcome James to the band family along with his wife Delia and daughter Sophia Therese!!
Peaces!!!

We flew in from Portland....spent about 20 hours at home...and then left for El Paso! This time we are driving...its was about a good 6 hour drive...well 6 and a half because we had to stop and see "THE THING?" probably the best attraction on the that side of Arizona...in fact it's the only attraction on that side of Arizona..but either way, if you ever see the sign to go see "THE THING" we highly suggest that you go and see it! We finally reached our destination and played a parish mission at St Pius Catholic Church, it was a great experience we learned so much about the culture and the struggles the people are going through there especially since Juarez Mexico is less than 5 minutes away from we were staying. Such great hospitality, such a great experience! We are praying for Juarez and we are asking for those who read this to say a prayer for all the people of Juarez and their families!
3/14/10
Portland has to be one of our favorite places to visit. Everything is green, and it rains alot..which we love since AZ sees only about 30 days of rain all year! we had an awesome young adult worship night, thanks to those who came and prayed with us...especially the group that drove 5 hours one way! We are excited for what the Lord is doing with the young adults in the portland/washington area.
3/7/10
Just got back from the Diocese of Phoenix teen retreat in williams and it was the amazing! We actually got stuck in a snow storm....WHAT?!?! A SNOWSTORM IN AZ??!?!?! yeah for real! Craziest weather we have ever been in. Besides the crazy weather, praying with a large camp at full capacity of 750 was such an amazing and blessed experience...and alot of fun! Anyways...feat of that weekend ...was that Ross (bass player) ate a whole 10 inch pizza cookie with 5 scoops of ice cream all by himself. there is actual video of this endeavor on Ike's phone....gonna see if we can post on the website. Well anyway hope all of you are having a blessed lent!

Hello folks! hope you all are doing fantabulous and hope your preparation for Lent is going well! Last night we were blessed to play at Adore ministries 2097 night of worship and WOW!! THE LORD BROUGHT IT!!! It was such a great night all around and Matt gave an amazing talk and more importantly Jesus was there bringing down the fire!! Our ears are still ringing! It was such a blessing to pray with the college students from Arizona State University! Anyway we have a Catholic youth day event tonight which we are pumped about so if you think of us...for some odd reason...drop a few lines in prayer for the event! Anyway until next time..
Peace,
Ike, Mike, Mike, and Ross (aka Spike)
